As Head of Property, you’ll take overall responsibility for reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure across the estate. You’ll lead and develop the Property team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, while using data and insight to ensure we’re making the right commercial decisions for our sites.
Working closely with Retail and Restaurant Operations, Finance, Procurement and Health & Safety, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our estate running smoothly while supporting the continued growth of the business.
- Lead, coach and develop our three Regional Property Managers and Maintenance Administrator, setting clear priorities and empowering the team to take ownership of regional performance.
- Oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and operational.
- Drive the successful delivery of our PPM programme, statutory compliance and remedial works.
- Proactively monitor aged jobs, recurring issues, high-cost repairs and critical incidents, stepping in where leadership or escalation is required.
- Drive strong contractor performance across national and regional suppliers, ensuring agreed KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and value for money are consistently achieved.
- Take ownership of the maintenance budget and forecast, maintaining strong cost control while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver greater value.
- Use property and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues and future lifecycle investment needs.
