Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Training Coach - Central in York to lead on-site coaching across franchised kiosks, driving food quality, safety and guest satisfaction. Travel and overnight stays are expected as you partner with Franchisees and the Operations Team to raise standards.
You will deliver sushi training, knife skills and operational coaching, support new Franchisees with induction, and monitor performance to ensure consistent, high-quality service throughout the network.
