Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Coach to lead on-site coaching across our franchised kiosks, focusing on sushi quality, food safety and operational excellence. You’ll work directly with Franchisees to elevate standards and deliver tangible improvements in every counter.
You’ll travel regularly, support new Franchisees during induction, and partner with the Operations Team to roll out best practices. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food and people development.
