About You:You’re a hands-on coach who loves being in the action:Experience in food, retail, hospitality or franchise environmentsConfident delivering practical, on-the-job trainingPassionate about food quality, standards, and customer experienceA natural people person—you build trust quickly and influence othersComfortable working across multiple locations in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solutions-focused, and always looking to improveKnowledge of food safety standards (qualification a bonus) Key Responsibilities:Visit franchised kiosks regularly and assess food quality, safety, and standardsDeliver hands-on coaching and training—from sushi skills and knife work to operational excellenceSupport new Franchisees with onboarding and inductions, setting them up for success from day oneWork side-by-side with teams to troubleshoot issues and improve performance fastDrive high standards in food safety, hygiene, and product qualityTrack progress and measure how training is improving performance on siteShare feedback and insights with the wider team to strengthen our franchise networkCollaborate with operations and other coaches to spot trends and drive continuous improvementKeep up with trends in sushi and fresh food to keep our offer exciting and relevant We'
