Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Training Coach to lead hands-on training across our UK, Ireland and Europe franchise network. You will visit franchised kiosks regularly, assess food quality, safety and standards, and deliver practical coaching on sushi skills, knife work and operational excellence.
The role requires travel with regular overnight stays, a full-time contract (40 hours per week), and a passion for food quality and customer experience.
