Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Training Coach (Central) to lead on-site coaching for our UK franchise network. You will travel regularly, stay away overnight, and partner with Franchisees to raise standards in sushi quality, food safety and operational excellence.
In this hands-on role you will conduct kiosk assessments, deliver practical training, support new franchisees with induction, and collaborate with our Operations Team to lift performance across the network.
