Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Training Coach to support our franchised networks across the UK and Ireland, with a base in Cardiff. You will visit kiosks, deliver hands-on coaching in sushi skills, food safety and operational excellence, and assist onboarding of new Franchisees.
This full-time role requires regular travel and overnight stays, working across multiple locations to drive high standards, improve performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
