Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Training Coach to support franchised kiosks across the UK. Based in Bedford, you will travel regularly, stay overnight when needed, and deliver hands-on coaching on sushi skills, food safety, and operational excellence.
You’ll work with Franchisees and the Operations team to assess kiosks, tailor inductions, and raise standards across all counters. Salary £35,000-£38,000 plus £6k car allowance, 40 hours per week, full time.
