Wondercraft is an AI-native video studio that brings studio‑grade content creation to the masses. Our mission is to empower creators to produce high‑quality videos using AI‑powered tools.
Your Role
You will work with the engineering, design, and customer success teams to build and refine features that enable “vibe creation.” You will:
- Design and architect new features in collaboration with the design team, customers, and our CEO/CTO.
- Implement front‑end and back‑end functionality, so you touch everything.
- Refine specs and designs, ensuring the user experience is seamless.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a back‑end developer in a fast‑growing company (founding engineer or lead preferred).
- Proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, Next.js, and AWS/Terraform.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and drive impact.
- Strong ownership mindset—good at following instructions and proactive in improving features.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
- Based in London, UK or willing to relocate to London.
Compensation
- £90k – £100k + equity based on experience.

- 2 days a week WFH.
