Our Mission
Wondercraft is an AI-native video studio to bring content creation to the masses, or as we like to call it vibe creation. However, unlike other content engines, our goal is not to empower slop, but to make studio-grade productions accessible through the help of AI. What Lovable has done for software, we are doing for video creation. To do this, we bring a world-class video editor natively to the browser, packed with all the functionality of a modern video editor. At the helm of your production is Wonda, our studio agent that can help you ideate, create, and refine your productions.
Your Role
You will help Wondercraft define the future of content creation that is vibe creation. You will work with the engineering team to build features towards that vision, and work closely with the design and customer success team to refine user experience. Specifically, you will be focusing on:
- Designing and architecting the feature alongside the design team, customers, and our CEO/CTO.
- Working on both the front-end and the backend of a feature. At Wondercraft, everyone touches everything.
- Collaborating with the design team to refine specs and designs for a feature you’re working on.
We are looking for:
You’ll have the opportunity to own critical features and contribute to the overall architecture of Wondercraft, and work with cutting-edge technologies and solve challenging problems. We would love to hear from you if you are:
- Someone with 3-5 years experience as a FE dev in a fast growing company. Former founding engineer or engineering lead preferred.
- Proficient in React.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and hungry for impact.
- A natural when it comes to ownership, good at following instructions, but also goes out of your way to think about what truly makes a feature top notch.
- A team player and a strong communicator, who works collaboratively with both the internal and external teams to drive high-quality results.
- Based in London, UK or willing to relocate to London.
We believe bouncing ideas off of each other in the office keeps us close and propels us forward constantly. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with a “leave it with me” attitude, who can ingest chaos and output a high-quality product.
And in it for you:
- ÂŁ80k - ÂŁ100k + equity based on experience and skills you bring to Wondercraft.
- Take what you need holiday.
- 2 days a week WFH.
- Private health insurance.
