Life as a Digital Content & Optimisation Executive

You'll sit inside our Keepsake squad — the part of the business responsible for our baby, family and adult gifting range, connecting couples, families, and friends through beautifully personalised books. Your job is to make sure the experience on wonderbly.com does those books justice: pages that stop people, answer their questions, and make it easy to say yes.

In practice, that means setting up and improving Keepsake title journeys and pages, building and analysing A/B tests, and digging into our analytics to understand what's really happening — and bringing your own ideas on what to try next. This isn't just a content job. It's a content job that cares about what happens after you hit publish. Because we're a small team, you'll get real ownership and close access to decision-making. If you've had to cover a lot of ground and figure things out as you went, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll do

  • New Keepsake titles: Set up product pages and journeys for new Keepsake launches, including pricing, search attribution, categories, and filters — accurate and optimised from day one.
  • Content publishing & optimisation: Own the content across Keepsake product pages, range pages, and landing pages, keeping everything sharp and commercially relevant throughout the year. Keep product data current across Contentsquare, Algolia, and our other tools. Build and QA test variants in Optimizely and Prismic, and contribute your own A/B test hypotheses. Work with analysts to understand test results and share clear, actionable findings with the squad. Help productionise and scale winning experiments across the Keepsake range.
  • Analytics & insight: Use Looker, Contentsquare, and GA4 to understand how people move through Keepsake pages and journeys, and where we're losing them. Spot performance gaps and bring evidence-backed recommendations to the squad. Build and maintain lightweight dashboards to support weekly team conversations.
  • Campaign launches: Plan and execute content for seasonal campaigns, briefing page and messaging updates ahead of key trading moments — including Christmas, Mother's Day, and other gifting peaks. Partner with the Trade team on promotional activity and Last Order Dates (LODs).

Requirements

A little bit about you:

  • You're genuinely curious about why people do — and don't — buy things online, and you use data to understand why and decide what to do next.
  • You've worked in ecommerce before, ideally D2C, and have experience with ecommerce platforms.
  • You've worked with a CMS — Prismic, Contentful, Shopify, or similar — and you build and update pages to a high standard of accuracy.
  • You're comfortable in analytics tools; you might not know Looker or Contentsquare yet, but you know how to draw useful insight out of a dashboard.
  • You have a feel for A/B testing — ideally you've helped run experiments, or you've been closely involved and are ready for more ownership.
  • You pay close attention to everything you publish — copy, creative, categories, prices, layouts — and you know why it matters.
  • You communicate proactively, collaborate well, and keep the people around you in the loop without being asked.
  • You've worked in a small or growing company where things move quickly and roles overlap. You prefer it that way.
  • You bring curiosity, courage, and kindness to everything you do.

Benefits

Growing with us: Wonderbly is genuinely in motion — new strategy, new squads, new ambitions. We hope this role is the start of something, not just a stop along the way. As we grow, we're committed to growing the people who help get us there: through new skills, deeper ownership, and a real plan for what comes next.

Benefits include:

  • Private Healthcare cover
  • £500 budget for training on Learnerbly
  • Mental Health support with Spill
  • Discounted gym membership with Nuffield Health
  • Free breakfast daily (and a very well stocked fridge)
  • Regular socials and 'pot luck' lunches
  • Monthly lunch and learns
