About The Role
We\’re looking for a smart, creative, and curious marketer to join our team as a Freelance Paid Social & Performance Creative Lead. In this role, you\’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our creative strategy—particularly across video formats—to drive efficient, full-funnel growth.
You\’ll take ownership of our Meta campaigns in one of our largest markets, managing a six-figure media budget and continuously testing and refining new creative concepts to maximise performance. With a strong focus on data, you\’ll uncover customer insights to inform creative briefs and identify high-performing content to scale.
Working closely with our in-house creative team, you\’ll develop inspiring briefs for thumb-stopping content as well as lead outreach and management of content creators, ensuring we maintain a dynamic and diverse mix of creatives that fuel our success.
This position is 3 days per week with a rate of between ÂŁ400-ÂŁ450 depending on experience.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Run and scale paid social campaigns across Meta in one of our key markets
- Keep a close eye on performance and constantly optimize to hit key ROAS and profitability targets
- Test everything: messaging, creatives, placements. Through rigorous and relentless testing, you\’ll keep us at the frontiers of performance marketing and extract maximum value from our ad spend
- Work with creative teams and videographer to brief in high-impact ad ideas—and keep iterating to find new winners
- Establish a scalable pipeline for creator content for paid social channels
- Turn insights into action quickly, and share what you learn with the wider team
Requirements
What We\’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with paid social (Meta Ads is a must) You\’ll be comfortable managing 6-figure media budgets and experienced in planning and executing full-funnel paid social campaigns
- A solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to optimize for them. You\’ll have a proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns against a ROAS target
- Someone who loves testing, learning, and thinking outside the box
- Comfortable working with creative teams to shape our creative strategy. You\’ll have an instinctive understanding of what works on social platforms and can translate that into inspiring creative briefs that drive thumb-stopping, high-converting content. You\’ll also have a background in working with creators/influencers to deliver high quality content that stays on-brand
- Data-savvy—you know your way around dashboards, attribution tools, and analytics platforms. Previous experience working with Looker and/or Fospha would be a bonus!
- A self-starter who\’s not afraid to pitch ideas, try new things, and move fast

- Have experience with developing creative strategy/managing creator content at scale. Experience running partnership ads would also be a plus
- Have worked in a startup or high-growth environment
