Overview
Customer Support Angel role at Wonderbly. For our 2025 Holiday season, Wonderbly and Historic Newspapers are looking for incredible people to join our year-round teams of Customer Support Angels and Agents to deliver empathetic, genuine, and human support—no robots here!
Joining 100% remotely, you’ll be working alongside our year-round Angels and Agents to support our customers with any queries they may have about their orders and our books. All customer support is done entirely via email, and during the holidays you’ll typically be responding to customers looking for updates on the whereabouts of their orders. We support our customers in English mainly, but also French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with queries about orders and our books, 100% remotely via email.
- Respond to customers during the holiday period with updates on order status.
- Provide assistance primarily in English, with capability in French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.
Requirements
- Have steady access to a computer/laptop
- Have steady and reliable access to high speed internet
- Have experience using email, messaging platforms, and internet (browsers and devices)
- Have experience using G-suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
- Must be available for a minimum of 10-20 hours, 5 days per week
- Must be fully fluent in English (written and comprehension)
Bonus (not required but nice to have)
- Previous customer support experience
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
- Multilingual; English + written comprehension for any of: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch

You\'re a well-rounded team player with excellent communication skills, ability to think logically and problem solve on the fly. You’re a keen self-starter who is able to work with minimal hands-on support. You lean more towards learning independently, and do well with following written directions rather than in person guidance. You’re keen to share new ideas and take initiative, while still being able to follow direction and policy. And of course, you have a passion for helping others, and in creating a memorable experience for our customers!
