We are recruiting for Team Members to join our New Opening venue Wonder World in Southampton. Candidates should have relevant work experience and be self-assured, customer-focused and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends. In return, you will join a fun, rewarding, progressive and ambitious business.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate and host parties, managing logistics and activities to create memorable experiences.
  • Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Uphold hospitality standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Qualifications:

  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in hospitality or event management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience as a party host or in a similar role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
