We are recruiting for Team Members to join our New Opening venue Wonder World in Southampton. Candidates should have relevant work experience and be self-assured, customer-focused and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends. In return, you will join a fun, rewarding, progressive and ambitious business.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Between £7.55 and £12.21 per hour depending on age and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
- Coordinate and host parties, managing logistics and activities to create memorable experiences.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Uphold hospitality standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Qualifications:
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or event management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a party host or in a similar role is a plus.
