The Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth – a highly analytical operator who will own and scale user acquisition for the Wonder Studios App. You will be responsible for building out our paid acquisition strategy and growth loops, with an emphasis on key channels such as YouTube. This is a critical leadership position for someone adept at turning data into action and driving measurable results. You will take ownership of the entire user acquisition funnel, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams. We need a hands‑on leader who can dive deep into performance metrics, scale our user base efficiently, and apply a keen understanding of the AI, entertainment and media space to drive thoughtful, sustainable growth.
