Role
We're looking for a performance marketer who knows how to build acquisition from the ground up. You'll own paid and organic growth for Wonder, running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, while also doing the high-leverage work: SEO, site conversion, and finding the channels where our audience already lives before they've heard of us. A big part of what you're growing is Wonder's creative community: a global marketplace that sits at the heart of our business. The right growth here isn't just volume, it's bringing in the kind of filmmakers, brands and fans who make the marketplace worth being part of. You'll work closely with our Creative team to brief and test content, and you'll bring a genuine point of view on where Wonder should be showing up that we currently aren't. You'll be in the accounts, reading the data, and deciding what to do next. This role suits someone who can work with autonomy and high ownership.
What You'll Own
- Paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, with clear accountability for performance
- SEO across the Wonder website, covering both technical foundations and content that ranks for searches our audience is already making
- Briefing our Creative team on what's performing and translating that into clear direction for the next test
- Identifying high-leverage partnerships, newsletters, and communities that put Wonder in front of the right people without paying for every impression
- Reporting that's honest: if something isn't working, you'll say so and have a view on why
What You'll Bring
- 3-4 years in a performance marketing or paid growth role, ideally at a consumer app or platform
- Hands-on experience running paid social and search with direct accountability for CAC and conversion
- Working knowledge of SEO across both technical and content: you've ranked pages before and know what it took
- The ability to read a website's performance and know what's broken
- Strong instinct for creative: you know what performs on each platform and can brief a team effectively
- Comfortable building your own reports and turning the data into a clear point of view
- Genuine interest in AI and creative technology
