Your Role
You'll be at the heart of our clinical team, supporting world-class dentistry while holding a warm, safe space for our patients. You'll bring calm presence, organisation, and proactive care to everything from general check-ups to complex holistic and surgical treatments always growing and expanding your skills alongside a team that grows with you.
Key Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare surgeries with intention and clinical precision
- Work on reception when needed
- Assist our dentists with holistic, restorative, surgical, and airway-based treatments
- Support patients throughout their journey, emotionally and practically, with genuine presence
- Maintain impeccable infection control and sterilisation standards, with integrity in every detail
- Ensure notes, lab work, and records are clear, accurate, and timely
- Be ready for emergencies with presence, skill, and compassion
- Help foster a positive, symbiotic team environment built on mutual respect
Weekly & Monthly Contributions
- Participate in team meetings with ideas and energy
- Help identify any gaps or inefficiencies in patient flow
- Contribute to audits and compliance systems with diligence and integrity
- Be part of improving systems, not just following them always with an eye on expansion
- Stay up to date with CPD and support teammates to do the same, growing together
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has GDC registration as a qualified dental nurse, ideally qualified for at least one year
- Has experience in private dentistry, ideally
- Shows up on time, with a solution-focused attitude and genuine integrity
- Communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Can think ahead, multitask, and support the flow of a busy clinic
- Brings self-awareness, emotional maturity, and pride in their work
- Leads with heart, and approaches each patient and treatment with a sense of awe
- Wants to grow and expand long-term with a practice doing things differently
