Those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.</p> <h2>Software Engineer – Analytics Hub</h2> <p>We’re seeking a software engineer with full‑stack capabilities, someone passionate about building intuitive, high‑quality user experiences on the frontend, and who can also architect and support the backend infrastructure required to deliver those experiences reliably at global scale.

The Analytics Hub is a critical initiative designed to be Acast’s single, unified platform for consumption and revenue data, drawing from a variety of sources and formats.

The role involves designing a user interface to compare and contrast that data, and extending it to provide proactive recommendations to help creators improve their content.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Build and maintain an intuitive, high‑quality front‑end experience.</li> <li>Design and support the backend infrastructure for the Analytics Hub.</li> <li>Ship new features while continuously improving system efficiency, stability, and scalability.</li> <li>Collaborate in an autonomous, agile, multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>Maintain and support infrastructure on AWS.</li> <li>Contribute to cross‑functional product development.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Experience with Node. js, Type Script, and React.</li> <li>Experience working with AI and proficiency in utilizing it where appropriate.</li> <li>Experience building end‑user facing applications and the backend infrastructure to support them.</li> <li>Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms.</li> <li>Pragmatic mindset able to make trade‑offs and ship on time.</li> <li>Willingness to mentor others and value diverse teamwork.</li> </ul> <h2>Location</h2> <p>Most teams are hybrid, with some members co‑located in offices and some working fully remote.

For this role you can be based in the UK or Sweden.
