The Operations Executive is the execution backbone of our Sage Embedded Services programme. Reporting to the SVP Embedded Services and Fintech, you will orchestrate the end‑to‑end journey of the wider Embedded Services team, and your mission is to drive momentum, accountability, and alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring that strategic deals move through our internal ecosystem efficiently and predictably, and that signed accounts grow in‑line with targets. This is a high‑visibility, individual‑contributor role for a disciplined navigator who thrives in the ‘grey space’ of multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments and prides themselves on flawless deal orchestration. At Sage, we believe face‑to‑face collaboration drives innovation, so we operate a hybrid model. You’ll work three days per week in the office and two days from home.

Operating Rigor & Reporting
- Maintain high‑fidelity deal execution plans and provide structured progress updates to Sales leadership and the CoE.
- Build the playbook by identifying recurring friction points and design scalable Standard Operating Procedures to evolve our enterprise execution framework, contributing to continuous improvement of governance.
