We are looking for a dynamic Lead Business Analyst – Monetization to join our Monetization team. What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement packaging structure and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and biz apps, to align on product structure and pricing goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to inform decision-making processes.
- Monitor and track the performance of packaging structure and pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed to drive business growth.
- Communicate packaging structure and pricing updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage projects related to packaging structure and pricing, including timelines, resources, and budget.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product structure and pricing operations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in product structure and pricing methodologies to inform future strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, or contract negotiation, preferably within SaaS or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
- Experience completing hands-on technical and analytical work, as well as the ability to communicate with various stakeholders ranging from Associates to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of SaaS industry dynamics, particularly related to pricing and payment reimbursement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools such as Tableau.
This position has a starting base salary range of $107,000 to $132,900 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
