We are seeking a talented and ambitious Consultant/ Senior Consultant/Manager to join our collaborative and high-performing team.

As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.
- Leading and delivering complex strategy and transformation projects for Defence and Security clients, focusing on business process analysis and optimisation.
- Identifying and documenting risks and issues readily and effectively and providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Reviewing and analysing datasets to generate business insights and provide recommendations.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis, leveraging data‑driven insights to inform strategic recommendations.
- Identifying business needs and documenting detailed requirements.
- Collaborating with other workstreams to identify key dependencies across work.
- Designing and facilitating engaging workshops, interviews, and meetings, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Generating analysis and insight: executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and change.
- Developing compelling presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and potential impact – and having the ability to adapt presentations to the audience required.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with client leads and stakeholders to understand their problems and support long‑term development.
- Proactively identifying and communicating potential risks and opportunities to the client and project team.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Strategic options analysis and evaluation: working with clients to understand and evaluate strategic options ahead of key investment decisions.
- Harnessing innovation: helping clients to stimulate innovation, adapt to strategic disruptions (technology – AI / robotics), and enable more effective policy delivery.
- Turning strategy into reality: Supporting clients to understand the required change, the challenges of implementation, and adjusting the strategy in response.
- Business Analyst
Your key area of focus as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant/Manager will be as a Business Analyst.
This will put you at the forefront of Deloitte’s approach to process-focused projects.
You will be required to identify, document, and analyse our clients’ processes and the challenges they face.
You will then provide recommendations on how to improve these processes that include the latest techniques for visualising requirements.
This will enable the creation of traceable solution requirements and functional designs, to ensure our clients’ business and technology requirements are met.
These recommendations will call for you to understand a range of different products, including emerging technologies, which can contribute to the improvement of processes and the realisation of the benefits sought by our clients.
As a Business Analyst you will engage with client stakeholders across multiple grades and disciplines in relation to the processes you are analysing.
You should also be keenly aware of cultural and behavioural considerations around any process that you examine and be capable of factoring in process changes to your recommendations that don’t always rely on a technology driven solution.
You should be able to communicate how these considerations play a role in aligning an organisation’s IT strategy and operating model with that of its business strategy and goals.
