We’re looking for an instructor to join a small business, supporting women to lift weights. You will stay vigilant in the gym to monitor client form and step in if you see anything unsafe, or be able to offer improvements in their technique.

You’ll get genuine support and a proper induction and regular training; never worrying about asking too many questions or feeling undervalued. You’ll also have opportunities to do free qualifications with an allocated budget for staff training.

Are you a personal trainer or experienced level 2 gym instructor looking for a stable income, with a business who genuinely cares about staff progression and client care?, You won’t need Olympic lifting experience but you do need; a level 2 gym instructor or, preferably, level 3 PT certified qualification, to have strong knowledge of barbell, dumbbell and cable exercises and always demonstrate with great form.

The ideal candidate will have great personal skills, have an open, understanding and welcoming demeanour, and a passion for empowering women to be strong.

  • Technical interview, with a demo client, to demonstrate your knowledge of barbell and dumbbell lifts
