We have a well established gynaecology, paediatrics and maternity services at Grosvenor Gardens Healthcare Belgravia & Dulwich. We provide secretarial and nurse support, onsite ultrasound services, phlebotomy and a wide range of pathology tests. We are a facility provider for most UK and international private health insurance companies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic medical receptionist to support the delivery of high-quality service. The role requires good communication, flexibility, reliability and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Greeting and meeting patients
- Typing, preparing and collating reports, letters
- Maintaining filing systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and patients
- Coordinating mailshots and publicity tasks
- Taking payments, logging or processing bills or expenses
