Mae RhCM Cymru yn chwilio am Swyddog Polisi a Chyfathrebu i weithio gyda'n tîm bach ac ymroddedig ar ystod o brosiectau cyffrous ac effeithiol i hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb rhywedd yng Nghymru. RhCM Cymru yw'r brif elusen cydraddoldeb rhywedd yng Nghymru. Ein gweledigaeth yw Cymru sy'n rhydd o wahaniaethu ar sail rhywedd, lle mae gan bawb gyfle ac awdurdod cyfartal i siapio cymdeithas a'u bywydau eu hunain.

Byddwch yn defnyddio mewnwelediadau'r gwaith hwn i ddylanwadu ar y rhai sy’n gwneud penderfyniadau, i ymgysylltu ag aelodaeth amrywiol RhCM ac i lunio barn y cyhoedd er mwyn ysgogi newid go iawn.

Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd delfrydol brofiad o ymchwilio a drafftio ysgrifennu a chynnwys effeithiol a hygyrch ar gyfer ystod eang o gynulleidfaoedd, gan gynnwys llunwyr polisi, cefnogwyr ymgyrchu a'r cyhoedd ehangach. Byddwch yn gwybod sut i adnabod ac adeiladu perthnasoedd â rhanddeiliaid a phartneriaid allweddol, bydd gennych ymwybyddiaeth wleidyddol gref, a'r gallu i feddwl yn strategol.

Byddwch hefyd angen llygad da am fanylion a sgiliau hunanreoli rhagorol gyda'r gallu i flaenoriaethu gofynion croes mewn amgylchedd lle mae pethau’n symud yn gyflym.
