The Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship Programme will last 3 years and will be split between attending college and on-the-job training and assessments. During the programme, the apprentice will gain a Level 3 (or equivalent) recognised diploma/qualification, whilst also gaining valuable on-the-job practical experience. Apprenticeships are also a vehicle by which ADM will raise its skills base and a means of ‘downloading’ the skills and knowledge of existing members of staff, by having them act as mentors to the apprentices.
During the program, you will learn the values and competencies important to ADM, with the aim that on completing the apprenticeship you are able to continue on a career path within the organisation.
Your profile and entry requirements:
- Have minimum 4 GCSEs grade C/4 (or equivalent) which includes English, Maths and a Science.
- A genuine passion for engineering.
