Womens Consortium is looking for a Clinical Lead – Community Counselling to oversee the effective delivery of counselling services in Birmingham and Solihull. This role includes supervising counsellors, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and managing quality assurance processes.

The ideal candidate will have BACP or UKCP accreditation, strong clinical supervision experience, and a commitment to culturally competent practices.
