We are currently recruiting this role for our London Office: Design Admin (m/f/x) full-time (40h/w).
Your Role:
An opportunity to join a thriving, young fashion sportswear company. This position suits a degree student looking for a full year’s industry placement, or a new graduate that is seeking an entry level role within the industry.
Your Main Tasks:
- Supporting the design process and ensuring the smooth operation of the department
- Technical Pack Assistance: Helping to prepare and organize technical packs
- Sample Management: Organizing and tracking all samples, from initial development samples to final production samples
- Material & Trim Coordination: Assisting designers with sourcing and ordering fabrics, trims (buttons, zippers, labels, etc.), and other materials
- Fit Session support
- Range Board & Presentation preparation
- Assist with the PLM
- Maintaining design records
- Meeting coordination / Communication hub
- Trend research assistance
- Color management
- Artwork & Graphic support
- Compliance & Testing documentation
Your Profile:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Diligent with processes
- MS Excel and Adobe Illustrator are a must
- Massive interest in the sportswear division and in being part of developing innovative and functional women’s sportswear
- Hard working and adaptable
- Communicative – across departments
- Self-starter and proactive
- Passion for Women’s Best brand and the areas of fitness/ sports/ fashion
