I am recruiting for an OEM Sales Manager on behalf of my client, a global manufacturer of radiation detection instruments. This role focuses on growing OEM sales across core product lines, with international travel and strategic account responsibility.
The OEM Sales Manager will lead global commercial activities with OEMs, integrators, and distributors—managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation. The position is based in the UK (South London) with hybrid working and regular site visits to maintain strong internal collaboration and product knowledge. Up to £65k D.O.E. + 25% bonus.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive international OEM sales for radiation detection instruments.
- Manage global customer accounts and develop growth strategies.
- Prepare and submit RFQs, quotes, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, integrators, and channel partners.
- Support trade shows and business development initiatives.
- 5+ years in technical B2B sales; 3+ years in OEM environments.
- Experience in radiation detection, sensors, or technical instrumentation preferred.
- Comfortable with international travel (approx. 60%).
- Strong commercial and technical communication skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting.
