To support our ongoing growth we’re looking to recruit an Associate in our Insider Risk & Security team - reporting to the Bank's Deputy Director of Security & Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Playing a key role in incident and crisis management across the business;
- Day-to-day operation of the Bank's physical security platform, including communications, procedures and intelligence;
- Ongoing oversight of site security - including scheduled works, risk assessments and site visits;
- Liaising with Law Enforcement and Intelligence partners regarding criminality or threats to the security of the Bank and staff;
- Support with production and ongoing improvement of physical security best practice, policies, frameworks, procedures and training;
- Provide cover for out-of-hours security incidents, as necessary;
- Support with insider threat investigations and associated interviews, as directed by senior management.
Requirements
- Demonstrable knowledge of incident & crisis management;
- Good level of awareness of physical security best-practice (NPSA);
- Prior experience in undertaking physical security risk assessments;
- Experience working in an investigative capacity - within financial services or law enforcement, highly beneficial;
- Experience in evidence-gathering and interviewing within law enforcement or financial services, highly beneficial;
- Previous experience with law enforcement engagement, including knowledge of processes beneficial, but not essential;
- Experience in drafting witness statements desirable, but not essential;
- Previous experience in drafting policies, procedures or training content, beneficial, but not essential;
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites, as required.
Relevant qualification(s) in physical security, risk, fraud or incident management, beneficial.
