As an Implementation Programme Director, you are adept at leading one or more large (strategic or enterprise) projects or programmes with complex multi-workstream delivery, overcoming challenges to deliver transformative change for our customers and their employees. Your day-to-day will include developing and maintaining agreed programme/project plans with customers, managing change activities, and monitoring KPIs, status reporting, commercial margin and P&L for £1m+ programmes. You will coordinate resources, act as the point of escalation for issues, and ensure delivery on-time, on-budget and at the highest level of quality. You will interface with customers and internal executive colleagues to present ongoing status, risks and issues, supporting our continuous improvement initiatives to capture lessons learned into our methodology.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of three years’ Programme Director level experience, leading large-scale, highly complex implementation/transition delivery (employee volumes 50,000+ and budgets £1m+)
- Experience in the HR & Payroll software industry
- Experience engaging with FTSE100 and FTSE 250 companies
- Professional project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Six Sigma)
- Positive, curious mindset for AI-first working; able to show how you’ve used AI to improve output or delivery, and a willingness to learn how AI can drive enhancements
- You will be resilient, adaptable, positive and customer-centric. You will have strong commercial awareness with a thorough understanding of risk, governance and reporting mechanisms. You will be passionate, driven, and a strong communicator, using these attributes to create a successful "one team" approach to each programme or project.
