This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Talent Partner with Women in Tech UK, based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Volunteer Talent Partner will help in identifying, sourcing, and engaging talented candidates who align with the organisation’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing recruitment strategies
  • Building relationships with diverse technical talent
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts
  • Providing insights to improve talent acquisition processes

While the role is based in London, it offers flexibility with some work-from-home options.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sourcing, networking, and screening skills to identify and connect with diverse technical talent
  • Experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and building professional relationships
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools, as well as experience managing candidate pipelines
