What You\’ll Be Doing
- Working with senior business representatives to understand strategic plans.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align infrastructure design with business objectives.
- Determining future operating capability for IT infrastructure, information security, and delivery models, including insource/outsource balance.
- Defining future capability roadmaps and plans for IT infrastructure, security, and delivery for The Dreadnought Alliance, aligned with the wider Submarine Enterprise IT strategy.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the Defence Nuclear Enterprise CIOs.
- Liaising with industry and government peers to understand trends in operating capability for IT infrastructure, security, and delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated strategic IT leadership in delivering complex projects.
- Experience in a large-scale business environment.
- Ability to absorb complex information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Awareness of developing technologies and responsibility for personal development.
Desirable
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
