Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise within Project Engineering in a new cutting-edge field within the Rail industry. Reporting into the D&IS Digital Services Tenders & Project Director, you’ll work alongside highly motivated professionals within the Digital Team committed to best in class performance in the D&IS Product Line by leading, managing and coordinating the main Digital Services Tenders and Project activities whilst fostering our values of agility, inclusivity and responsibility.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified requirements, budget, and schedule.
  • Acting as a key coordination point for both internal and external stakeholders involved in the development and support of solutions for the digital scope of tenders and projects.

What are my key responsibilities?

  • Prepare technical offers within the Digital Services scope to support tenders globally.
  • Define tender budgets and develop business cases to demonstrate positive return on investment for tender.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with internal stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with support teams to address and resolve open project issues.
  • Prepare and update governance reports encompassing financial, delivery and technical KPIs.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Digital Services portfolio, promoting its benefits and capabilities.

Desirable Technical Knowledge / Experience:

  • Hold business related qualification.
  • Experience in the railway industry maintenance sector.
