Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and help shape the future of learning, competency development, and technical capability across Alstom. You will report to the Services Operations Academy Director and play a vital role in driving a standardised, risk‑based approach to training and competence that supports operational, tactical, and strategic priorities. Working closely with regional/country teams, recruitment, and subject matter experts, you will ensure that learning solutions are impactful, future‑focused, and aligned with business needs. Your expertise will enable the continuous development of technical talent, enhance knowledge.
