This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York or Glasgow.

We are looking for a Capability Programme Lead to join our Strategy and Policy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in building people capability and driving a learning culture in a complex and high-profile environment.

At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week.

Regional office salary range: £64,579 – £66,228

London office salary range: £69,244 – £70,771
