In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our communications and events strategy, ensuring our campaigns resonate with our members, partners, and customers. From planning and delivering high-profile events to managing CRM data and marketing assets, you’ll play a key part in connecting our brand with the industry and beyond.

As the Marketing & Events Co-ordinator, you'll:

  • Support marketing and communications campaigns through content scheduling, asset coordination, and reporting.
  • Manage CRM contact data to ensure accuracy and enable targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate logistics for hosted, attended, and digital events - making every detail count.
  • Provide vital administrative support, including diary management and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives and member engagement.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and event planning principles.

When we work:

Our standard working hours are 8:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, early finish on Friday - 8:30 - 15:45 (Talk to us about flexible working if this doesn’t quite suit you – we take work-life balance seriously!)

How we work:

We understand the benefits of remote and in-person collaboration and therefore have a hybrid working model – you’ll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least two days per week. Some travel may be required to support on‑site customer activity.
