LEGO Group in London is seeking an experienced data scientist to join our People Planning & Analytics team.

You will apply data science techniques to recruitment, workforce planning, and attrition analysis, and build predictive models to forecast talent needs.

You will collaborate with HR and recruitment teams, design dashboards, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences to drive decision-making.
