  • The ability to design and scale programs embedding data fluency, AI understanding, and agentic workflows across diverse roles and functions.
  • Expert stakeholder influence skills, including engaging C-suite and ExCo to secure sponsorship and align programs with strategic priorities.
  • Experience driving organisational change, embedding new ways of working and fostering confidence in data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on delivery of role-relevant learning experiences ensuring adoption across technical teams, business units, and leadership groups.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data and AI concepts into compelling narratives that inspire action.
  • A deep understanding of data literacy principles and best practices, applied in real-world contexts to address diverse data personas and needs.
