What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a Databricks Manager to join our team and deliver scalable cloud-native data platforms for enterprise clients while helping strengthen Kubrick’s growing Databricks capability.
This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you’ll combine deep engineering expertise with client collaboration, delivery leadership, and mentorship across delivery teams.
Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders and Databricks Professional Services, you’ll help solve complex technical challenges while supporting engineering best practice across delivery squads.
You will
- Design, build and optimise cloud‑native data platforms using Databricks, Spark and Delta Lake
- Lead technical delivery across client engagements, often alongside Databricks Professional Services
- Build and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL and CI/CD best practices
- Translate business problems into robust, production‑grade data solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across delivery squads
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence
- Support the continued growth of Kubrick’s Databricks capability across clients and industries

You’ll bring
- Strong experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
- Cloud expertise across AWS, Azure or GCP
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and data governance
- Experience leading technical delivery within enterprise environments
- Confidence working directly with clients and technical stakeholders
- A mindset focused on quality, impact and continuous improvement
