Our team bridges the gap between complex data science and real-world commercial strategy, working closely with Marketing, Network, and Finance to navigate the fast-paced aviation market. By joining us, you’ll be turning massive datasets into actionable insights that directly impact our bottom line and help millions of customers fly to their favourite destinations.

As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth by providing deep dive analytical insights into pricing trends, demand patterns, and inventory performance. You will lead the design and execution of rigorous statistical testing (A/B testing) that validates new pricing strategies and commercial initiatives. Your ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations will ensure easyJet remains agile and competitive in a fluctuating market.

- Data Visualisation: You have proven experience building commercial dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Statistical Expertise: You have practical experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests and multivariate experiments within a business context.
- Industry Experience: You bring a minimum of 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within Aviation, Travel, Hospitality, or a high volume E-commerce environment.
- Commercial Acumen: You demonstrate the ability to translate technical findings into "so-what" insights for non-technical stakeholders.
What you’ll get in return:
- Up to 20% maximum bonus
- 7% pension contributions
- Medical Cash Plan
- Excellent staff travel benefits
- 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
- Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
- Various flexible benefits and extras
