Do you have passion and extensive experience with headcount planning, strategic workforce insights and people analytics, and turning this into action driven value for the business? To lead the Workforce Planning and Analytics of the LEGO Group’s digital transformation, our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a new colleague.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning – Lead the development and execution of workforce planning strategies that align with future business needs.
- Headcount Forecasting & Management – Drive end-to-end headcount planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and alignment across business units and enabling functions.
- Advanced Analytics & Scenario Modelling – Design and implement data needs to support scenario planning, workforce analysis, and decision-making.
- Workforce Reporting & Insights – Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel to deliver timely, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Systems & Process Optimization – Enhance planning processes through automation and systems integration (e.g., Power Automate), ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with PPC (HR), Finance, and business leaders to align workforce plans with strategic objectives and operational realities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence – Act as a trusted advisor, communicating workforce insights and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Operational & Strategic Balance – Contribute to both high-level planning and hands-on execution, ensuring strong linkage between workforce strategy and daily operations.

Do you have what it takes
The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background coupled with solid experience within strategic and advanced workforce planning and extensive experience working in analytics, forecasting systems and visualization tools. In addition, we expect that you bring experience in/with:
- Working in several areas in HR
- Tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel and other SWP tools
- Managing complex and demanding stakeholders
- Working in a global environment and collaborating across cultures and nationalities
As a person, you bring excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English, both speech and writing. You have a genuine interest in HR systems – possibly you have experience with the utilization of cloud-based platforms.
