Our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute with solid experience in data analysis, statistical modelling and machine learning to contribute towards talent optimization, workforce planning and overall People Analytics.
Core Responsibilities:
- Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets related to candidate sourcing, application processes, employee onboarding, and end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future talent needs, attrition rates, and identify potential recruitment challenges.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to identify opportunities for process optimization through data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze end-to-end recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience.
- Communicate findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with various data sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Design and create interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders, providing real-time visibility into recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to address evolving challenges in the recruitment landscape.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in applying data science techniques to HR or recruitment analytics and strong stakeholder management and communication skills. In addition, we are looking for an individual who can bring:
- Relevant proficiency in programming languages such as Databricks, Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning algorithm and advanced analytics.
- Expertise in visualization tools (Power BI, Visier, Workday, Power Automate, advanced Excel and other SWP tool).
As a person, you have excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and you are a phenomenal collaborator with a keen interest in understanding relevant business problems and proven experience in managing complex and demanding stakeholders.
