We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate for Analytics, Planning and Insights.

Our People Planning & Analytics team is seeking a passionate new colleague to join us in delivering strategic people insights and analytics that support decision‑making across the People, Place & Culture organization.

This role will help drive data‑informed thinking through HR analytics, workforce insights, storytelling, and optimization of our people technology platforms.

This role is an individual contributor role and we do not support relocation.

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across People Analytics domains, translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions and strategic recommendations that support the LEGO Group’s people priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce trends, organizational changes, and people‑related metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with business priorities and colleague needs.
  • Partner closely with People, Digital, and Finance teams to develop and evolve analytics capabilities, pilots, and data‑driven solutions that support strategic workforce and organizational priorities.
  • Develop impact assessments and actionable insights related to workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, talent, and colleague experience.
  • Summarize complex data and insights into clear presentations and storytelling materials for a broad range of audiences, including senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Collaborate across functions to provide strategic analytics recommendations and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in People Analytics, workforce planning, and data‑driven HR decision‑making.
  • Support additional analytics initiatives and responsibilities as required.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings solid experience within analytics, preferably people analytics, from a larger global matrix organization.

You are comfortable working with complex people data to deliver valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings.

In addition, we expect that you bring

  • Hands‑on experience working with systems, tools and automation to lead effect headcount process.
  • A proactive mindset to deliver value and work independently interacting with many different stakeholders.
  • Some experience with forecasting systems and visualization tools such as Databricks, Power BI, advanced Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing.
  • Interest in HR systems – possibly you have experience in the utilization of cloud‑based platforms.

As a person, you show attention to details, good time management skills and great stakeholder engagement.
