Ready to help shape the future of AI — Not just talk about it? We're working with a global consulting and technology organisation at the forefront of AI transformation in Financial Services. This isn't AI at the proof-of-concept stage. This is AI moving into secure, scalable, production-ready environments.

With openings across London, Manchester and Scotland (hybrid), we're hiring from Manager through to Associate Director level. Whether you're an experienced Solution Architect or a senior technical leader, this is a rare opportunity to influence how major organisations design, govern and scale their AI capabilities.

You’ll be architecting enterprise AI and GenAI strategies, working across LLMs, RAG, semantic search and agentic AI, and collaborating with engineering, product and business teams to drive real, lasting impact. The technical environment spans Python, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, MLOps and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP and Databricks.

What makes this role genuinely exciting is the scope; you won't be maintaining existing systems, you'll be helping define what responsible, scalable AI looks like at enterprise level in one of the world's most complex sectors. Financial Services or regulated industry experience is essential. Strong architecture or consulting backgrounds are highly valued.

This team actively welcomes people who bring curiosity, collaborative instincts and a passion for mentoring alongside their technical depth. If your experience doesn't tick every box on paper but you're energised by where AI architecture is heading, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out for a confidential conversation.
