Who you are:
- Experience with HTTP clients (Insomnia, POSTman), Salesforce, Splunk, Kibana, Outlook, Slack, and the capacity to read and understand GraphQL, JSON, and XML messages.
- Solid understanding of middleware integration platforms, system architecture, product APIs, web tools, testing environments, and internet protocols (HTTP, SSL, REST).
- Proficient experience in EAI or B2B integrations.
- Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting using development logs and testing tools.
- Takes initiative to identify current and potential problems and discern the best solutions, involving internal or external resources.
- You work towards efficiency, taking ownership of issues.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and thrive in a multi-tasked, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining a focus on goals.
- Able to communicate across all levels of the organization hierarchy.
- Ability to communicate in technical terms to non-technical resources and speak technically with technical resources.

What you’ll do:
- Lead larger scope projects to assure the integrity of lodging-related data and contribute to quality delivery within established SLAs.
- Lead the development of internal integration processes and help define the standards for excellence.
- Become a functional specialist for connectivity transactions.
- Lead communication and reporting on vendor certification progress.
- Work closely with Integration Engineers, Product and Technical Support as technical issues arise during the implementation of APIs.
- Work with Technical Relationship Managers to coordinate the integration project kickoffs.
- Own full-cycle certification testing for various Expedia APIs with new/existing partners.
- Provide the partner with standard methodologies for making the integration a success.
- Answer technical inquiries from all vendors relating to Expedia APIs.
- Perform testing of various scenarios to ensure integration health and performance, system functionality, and behaviour.
- Advance system issues with the appropriate support teams and engage internal technology teams to discuss product development and support.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $112,000.00 to $156,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
