A key part of this transformation is evolving our data capabilities to enable fast-paced, data-driven decision-making across the business. We’re looking for a Head of Analytics Engineering to help drive this shift—ensuring our data systems are designed not just for access, but for usability and impact. You’ll play a central role in making data intuitive and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and Develop Analytics Engineering Teams: Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Support the career growth and development of team members, ensuring alignment with individual and business goals.
- Deliver Scalable and Reliable Solutions: Ensure teams deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable data products that meet business and customer needs, on time and within scope. Ensure they are solutions that align with our data science strategy as well as enabling our MI / BI / AI strategy.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement and promote best practices in development, agile methodologies, and best practice engineering, continuously seeking opportunities to improve team performance, productivity, and data quality.
- Technical Strategy and Direction: Provide strategic technical guidance and decision-making for teams, ensuring the architecture and technical decisions align with business goals and long-term sustainability.
- Manage Team Effectiveness: Leverage metrics and feedback to monitor and improve team performance, ensuring efficient workflows, effective collaboration, and high team morale.
