YOUR ROLE
Join a dynamic and growing team of analytics and AI specialists united by a mission to deliver end-to-end transformations that drive tangible business value. As an Analytics and Insights Consultant you will contribute to flagship projects, influence enterprise transformation, and execute innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of our clients.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading & contributing to scalable delivery: Operate as a product owner, managing agile planning, governance, and execution to deliver cost-effective, scalable analytics and BI products.
- Modernising data and platforms: Provide advisory and hands-on support for transforming legacy data platforms, including data engineering and platform configuration.
- Designing and implementing analytics products: Translate business requirements into technical solutions that ensure scalability, robust data governance and optimal performance.
- Developing innovative solutions: Create PoCs and MVPs for Data & AI solutions focusing on pipeline automation, ELT/ETL processes, and deployment through enterprise data platforms.
- Enabling data-driven insights: Conduct data modelling best practices through schema design, semantic modelling and statistical analysis, while understanding sector-specific datasets and business processes to deliver actionable insights.
- Crafting compelling user experiences: Blend user-centred design with storytelling to deliver impactful Gen AI/BI, WebApps and data products interfaces, leveraging UI/UX design frameworks and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Measuring the impact of AI: Apply methodologies such as business KPI frameworks, performance analytics and graph analytics to implement, monitor, and demonstrate the business value of AI-infused products & insights.
This role also provides opportunities to contribute to the broader business through:
- Business Development – Contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offer development.
- Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of technical expertise, consultancy experience, and leadership skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate most or all of the following:
- Consulting Experience - Currently working in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background, with solid foundation of technical expertise and project delivery experience. Comfortable managing stakeholders and working across various stages of end-to-end analytics / AI transformation or large-scale deployments / technology implementation programmes. Demonstrate capability in agile methodologies and project governance tools and artifacts for product delivery. Ability to simplify the complex and story-tell to show outcomes as a product of business and technology transformation with data & AI. A passion that is contagious for your chosen industries.
- Analytical Skills - Data modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning or advanced analytics with solid experience delivering best-practice data models within an organisation. Proficient in using front-end BI tools to create dashboards and interactive visual reports (such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Looker) to provide advisory and solutions to real-world data complications faced by our clients.
- Analytics technologies - Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Dataverse. Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus. Programming languages such as Python, R or SQL. Cloud platforms experience such as AWS, Azure or GCP. Enterprise data solutions (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica). Stakeholder management and presentation skills: Evidence of effective stakeholder management to address business challenges, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a track record of helping clients better understand and extract value from their data.
- Project Management Skills - Experience managing data-led projects using governance tools and delivery artefacts such as JIRA, Confluence or Miro, and practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks. Security clearance eligibility: Must be eligible for SC clearance.
- And experience in at least one of the following:
- Product Ownership – Proven experience in managing and delivering data-driven products and platforms, defining roadmaps, prioritising features, managing backlogs, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics and AI solutions.
- Data Modelling & Transformation skills – Hands-on experience in transforming and wrangling data to build scalable data models that generate automated insights.
- Solution Architecture – Familiarity with feature sets of one or more data & AI platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Informatica.
- Experience in UX design, requirements gathering, data-driven decision-making, risk assessment, KPI framework development, or value tracking and value analysis.
- Experience using Gen AI tools such as LangChain and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to demonstrate how Gen AI / BI can unlock business value.
- Experience in ingestion, integration, data engineering, data quality and observability, dataset identification.
- Experience in business case development and financial modelling.
- Experience supporting client proposals, RFPs, bids and proposition development.

Salary & Working Arrangements
Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice. We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent on grade and on company and personal performance.
