What you’ll be doing:
- Receive all incoming materials, reconcile with purchase orders, and check for accuracy
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on deliveries
- Keep the inventory system up to date with accurate stock totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring supplies remain within agreed minimum and maximum thresholds
- Maintain clear records of all goods received, issued, or returned
- Pack, price, label, and arrange returns of stock as required
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of any surpluses or expired items
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
- Create purchase orders and manage procurement tasks
- Arrange return shipments for cancelled or damaged goods
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar stores, warehouse, or stock control role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A team-player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift licence or warehouse qualifications (desirable but not essential)
