We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds such as AI Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Engineer, MLOps Engineer, or similar technical roles. Successful candidates will typically have:
- Experience building software products, platforms, tools, or technical systems
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Go, C++, or similar
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, LLMs, data systems, or automation tools
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, architecture, and deployment
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or backend systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, data, design, and business teams
- Interest in building practical AI products and real-world technology solutions
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and the future of AI
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Interest in UK-based, hybrid, or remote engineering opportunities
- German language skills may be beneficial for some partner opportunities, but are not required for all roles
